Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. 

For personal customers you can browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept PayPal and debit/credit card payment. If you are shopping from Canada or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Canadian Dollars or your own currency.

For access to the wholesale pricing we ask retailers to complete a Wholesale Request via the website to include their reseller tax ID.  You will be send an email confirming your registration automatically but our staff will need to approve your account before you can access wholesale pricing.

Shipping And Handling

Most orders are packed from our European warehouse and sent to the US via FEDEX GROUND or Royal Mail Airmail (UK equivilent of USPS). 

PetzCrazee Pet Boutique incurs all import duties and taxes and will only charge Domestic Shipping on all orders.

Shipping is calculated based on the level of your order.

For Domestic Shipping we charge $7.00 for the first item and another $2.00 for each additional item.

For International Shipping we charge $10.00 for the first item and another $2.00 for each additional item.

Wholesale Customers are charged the cost of shipping their entire order via FEDEX Ground/USPS


Delivery Schedule

We aim to ship all items the day after payment is received if all items are in stock. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days.

If some of your order is not is stock we will aim to dispatch these items within 14 days of your order. If, in the unlikely event, that we are not able to send your items within 14 days we will contact you. 

Unless we agree a longer time for delivery of your order with you, we will always deliver you goods within 30 days. If we are unable to fulfill your order within 30 days we will inform you immediately and if you are in agreement arrange another time for delivery of your order.

If we cannot arrange another time for delivery we will gladly refund any money you may have paid and/or cancel the order.

In some cases when the majority of your order is in stock we will ship your order in two consignments with a note detailing what is outstanding together with when you can expect to receive it.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

PetzCrazee Pet Boutique wants to ensure you are happy with your order. 

If you receive a product that is different from the description given, damaged or faulty please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to PetzCrazee Pet Boutique within 7 days of the delivery of the order.

If you purchase an item that you do not wish to keep for any reason, PetzCrazee Pet Boutique will be happy to refund the purchase price excluding any postage and packing costs. You must send this item back in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing in tact. PetzCrazee reserves the right not to refund if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition.

If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size (or a refund if no appropriate size is available/exists excluding any postage and packing costs) but will ask for additional postage costs at the same rate as your original order. With this in mind we ask that you please measure your pet correctly before placing an order. Should you need any assistance with selecting the right size please e-mail us and we will help you.

We DO NOT allow sale or return on any items sold at WHOLESALE to ensure everything sent is in pristine condition.

Please e-mail or call us to arrange a replacement or a refund.  We will not accept any returns without prior acceptance.

Tax Charges

We do not charge sales tax to any customers in the USA but we do require a valid Tax ID from retailers before any order is processed.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

Address
Phone number
Email address
Credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
