" We do not allow sale or return of our products to ensure that everything offered is sent in pristine condition. " We do not allow our products to be sold on Ebay to preserve the high quality of the brands we supply. " In the interest of animal welfare and promoting responsible pet ownership, PetzCrazee does not sell to stores or websites that sell Puppies and Kittens. " We are able to offer dropshipping under the following terms: o We ask that you have purchased an item in one color/size to give you the rights to sell it on your website. For example, if you purchase the 5th Avenue in Pink S, you can list all colors and sizes on your website. You cannot list any items you have not bought in at least one size/color. o We charge a 10% admin fee to the product price. For example, a $18.00 item will cost $19.10 o We prefer a packing slip with each order to accompany your order stating your returns policy. If we do not receive this we can send a generic one with each order. o We will not handle returns from your customer. If your customer wishes to return it they must send it back to you. We do not allow these items to be returned to us. o We will only dropship items from the current Puppy Angel collection. It is the retailers responsibility to ensure their website is up to date with the latest collection (new collections launch in Spring and Fall.) o If items are out of stock they sometimes take 2-3 to come in.
